Role-playing is a great way to improve your writing, have fun, and make new online buddies. Here are a few do's, and dont's for having a great time RPing. DO 1. Write in first person or/and third person. 2. Create a thread under the correct category/board. 3. Have fun. 4. Respect others and their characters. 5. Create a character and use the character form. 6. Follow the rules. 7. Be creative. 8. Use common sense. 9. Use spell check. 10. Create a good title for your thread. DON'T 1. Bunny. . . ever. 2. Pick on other characters. 3. Ever, ever, ever ask to become a moderator. Please. 4. Talk in text speech. EX. Omg i <3 teh thread & rp. dont u? 5. Be rude, mean, or discriminate. 6. Post a thread just because you were bored. 7. Title your thread something like 'Im bored' or 'To Puffyfairygoddess' 8. Post a post on a thread that has more than 500 posts. 9. Post tons of smiley faces on one page. 10. Kill off characters without permission.
